Once your order has been processed and/or has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Prepare your shipment and ship it back to us
To be sure if your international return merchandise eligible for return, the information can be found on page “Return & Exchange”.
We will NOT be responsible for additional customs fees. In some cases, you will be contacted by customs asking for extra tariff to be able to claim your order. If you do not take actions or refuse to discharge, your order may be abandoned by customs. We will NOT be able to refund and we will NOT be responsible for your lost.
We will process international orders within 20 business days once we receive your return. Your refund will be credited to original form of payment.
Note: Your bank’s processing time will be excluded, it may take up to 7 to 10 days to reflect on your account, different bank’s processing time may vary.
