You can contact Customer Service to cancel the order if the order has not been processed. We cannot cancel or reroute the order if your order has shipped.
If you relocate after the order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled, there is NO guarantee we will be able to reroute your order. We will NOT be responsible for package missing in this case, we reserve our right to refuse refund under this circumstance.
We always tried our best to fulfill your order and ship out as soon as possible. Occasionally, your order will be delayed by unforeseen circumstances including holiday season, shipping vendor mistake. We cannot guarantee to avoid such situations completely.
